The hand only moves after the moogle's explanation is finished, as the man moves to examine the device. It becomes clear enough why no one could see anything on the Sky Phone's screen- he's huge, especially when compared to the moogle, with white hair and a brown cloak and kilt. It should be familiar to some- as well as the expression of deep thought that goes with it.]
Then this device allows for communication with others.
[Even if they don't recognize him without his armor, that deep voice should be unmistakable to anyone who has heard it before.]
