Citizens of Gaia,

This is Minister Artania of the Regency of Lindblum. Since the appearance of several new locations last week, we have been conducting a survey to assess the results of this cataclysmic change. I can now tell you that an estimated 10% of the world's population has vanished from Gaia.

These disappearances are on an unprecedented scale. Our condolences go out to all those who have lost family and friends, and those whose livelihoods are under threat. In Lindblum, we are putting together a fund to help those in need. All donations, no matter how big or small, are welcome.

Your maps should also have been updated thanks to our hard-working moogle cartographers. We plan to undertake a more thorough assessment of these new locations in the near future. Please pass on any information you have to me or your local moogle.

She is not at either of those locations. But I will keep looking. If there is some chance she is still on this world... then...

Yes, she was reported missing some time before. We don't believe that she is on Gaia at all, but if she can be found, the Regent would be most grateful.
