[Returning to Galbadia Garden wasn't quite like going home again, but it was a fair start. Quistis had been there many times in the past, even before they had been forced to take refuge there after the incident in Timber, and knew the layout of the place fairly well as a result. Still, it felt somewhat foreign and sterile to her; it was so unlike the familiar halls of Balamb Garden, but she supposed nothing would ever be able to come close after spending so many of her formative years there. No matter; a Garden was a Garden, and that's where a SeeD belonged. She smiled to herself as she toured the main hall of the place, hands clasped behind her back as she walked and did her best to sort her thoughts. A lot had happened, and she was glad to be back among friends while she got her bearings.]

[Irvine was out on the deck of the Garden looking out, hair blowing and just listening to the breeze. His eyes are closed just to hear the sounds of everything around him]

[Rinoa spotted Quistis in one of the hallways and decided that it would be fun to sneak up on her.

So she tiptoed her way up behind Quistis, trying to stay as quiet as possible and get close enough to tap her on the shoulder...]

[Quistis had just spotted Irvine as she passed the outlet to the deck, pausing as she considered whether or not she should approach him -- when the decision was made for her by the sudden tap that came from behind. She clapped a gloved hand over her mouth as she jumped, stifling a sharp cry of surprise. She half-turned to see who had managed to sneak up on her, eyes wide, before letting out a long breath and laughing behind her hand.]

Oh, it's just you. Had your fun now?

[Irvine heard the cry and turned around to see Rinoa and Quistis. He grinned as he walked over with a smirk on his face hearing the question]

Oh it's just you...jeez you make that sound like you're not happy to see us.

[Quistis smiled, shaking her head slightly.]

I didn't mean it that way! Just that I was glad it wasn't someone less friendly sneaking up on me.

[Chuckles] What do we look like Squall?

[Nods] Naturally I mean after all it is her first time being on Galbadia Garden in Gaia.

Besides being around two lovely and beautiful women...[Sighs happily] I can't think of a better thing than that!

[Quistis grinned as she put her hands on her hips.]

I have been here before, you know. But I suppose it's different now that it's our own. I wouldn't mind being shown around. [She scoffed lightly, inclining her head towards Irvine.] Don't get too excited.

Well, Irvine was here only a couple of months ago and he got totally lost. [Rinoa grins suddenly.] So this is as much for his benefit as yours.

C'mon!

[Follow Rinoa, guys. She, like, knows where she's going and everything.]

[Blinks at Rinoa's statement and nervously chuckles] Well...in my defense...[sighs] I got nothing.

It is more complicated than Balamb, I'll give it that. [Quistis obediently followed Rinoa, smoothing her hair back with one hand before adjusting her glasses.]

At least Balamb Garden was symmetrical. I'm pretty sure the architects wanted this one to be confusing. Just in case anyone ever infiltrated. ... sort of like we did.

[She tilted her head towards Irvine, smirking slightly.] Well, of course not, not if she had a brain.

And I act this way towards women because I can't help it...every woman I see is just...[Looks away] It's just they're so beautiful in my eyes...even those with beautiful blonde hair and eyes as blue as the sky [Looks at Quistis with a smirk]
