[After Memoria happened, Vincent had essentially avoided contact with people for weeks. Cloud's disappearance had added to that. Now that Cloud has returned, there's some weight lifted from his mental burden, enough that he's remembering Tifa's request to come around. He isn't fine, of course, but the need to isolate himself from the world isn't as strong.

He takes some time to wander around Luca, and restock on supplies he got low on while he was out avoiding civilization due to Memoria and disappearances.  He's walking around to the different shops, carrying both Cerberus and the bow that he acquired after going through the memories. His cloak might seem slightly more dusty and tattered than usual, but it's rather hard to tell.

Later, he'll be showing up unannounced at the (Strife-) Lockhart house. If it weren't for Rex, he would probably be able to slip in completely unnoticed.]

Does anyone know anything about a Spherimorph or the Sunleth Waterscape? I think I'm going to take a break from towns for a while. Edgar, if you need me, make sure it's not for anything explosive. [She's clearly either feeling better or just hiding it better.]

[Frimelda has been spending her time travelling around the continent, finding herself frequenting Troia when the need for a proper bed grows enough to send her back there.

This is one such occasion; after spending the night in the inn, she emerges into the town in the early morning light, relaxed and somewhat content, making her way through town, her first port of call being to stock up on supplies, her second, to see the state of affairs. So, she's keeping an eye out for Cecil.

She also takes the opportuntiy in the morning quiet to ring Penelo. Ring ring, Penny!]

[Ceodore's nothing if not earnest, and he's taking the responsibility of assisting Narshe quite seriously. Anyone looking for him will find him in the snowfield outside of the town proper working with the local militia. It's still foreign to him to be working with such a small force of people, and even more foreign that somehow he's the one in charge. However, that doesn't absolve him from giving the task his utmost attention. The numbers are up following the earthquake and that's promising. Drills to practice evacuating civilians are on the docket for the day.]
