[When the video starts, it shows Edgar sitting at his desk. He's made more of an effort than normal to appear pulled together and impressive, but he's also trying to appear relatively casual so as to not overwhelm everyone or come across as a complete stuffed shirt. Thanks to years of kingship, it works pretty well.]
My fellow Sky People and our resident Gaians - I hope this evening finds you in good health. So much has happened over the past several weeks that many of us have not yet been able to assimilate and process all the information we've been receiving. Under normal circumstances, perhaps we could allow those unintentional blind spots to continue to linger, as the danger inherent in them is not so great individually, but the number of "blind spots" that we've come across since the middle of July has risen in a frightening rapid manner, and our ability to adapt to the situation has taken a strain from situations which keep being thrown our way.
We cannot let this continue. It is our duty to protect the people of this world, whether they originally hail from Gaia or from one of the numerous other worlds Gaia has come into contact with. The rising tide of public opinion against Sky Persons such as myself and several of you has sources that we can control and eliminate, namely the threats that originate from our own worlds, many of which we have successfully faced and defeated before on numerous battlegrounds. We must pool our resources and make these threats known - or suffer the consequences once more of letting them run rampant over Gaia.
Therefore, I propose to host a summit at Figaro for us to meet one another face to face and exchange relevant information. Only by our cooperation will we truly be able to face threats to this world - and I for one do not intend to sit idly by as time plays out. I especially implore you known as the Warriors of Cosmos to attend - your time in what you call the Void has made you more familiar than perhaps anyone else with the threats originating from our different worlds, and your experience would be invaluable in combating these menaces.
Thank you all, and I hope to hear from you on this matter soon.
[And the screen goes blank.]
