[There's a few rings before she picks up, having been distracted by an alarmed cry from a Lapin who wasn't really there. He has a history with Alexandria, but it's possible Mysidia could get his attention, too. It's well-known for magic; maybe he's interested in whatever he can find there.

In the absence of the water crystal, Mysidia's only real treasures are its libraries but-

-oh. The tower. It's not from my home but there's something there. I'm not sure quite what, I've not been able to find out, but it's very powerful magic. Should I focus on protecting it?

Maybe, since it has powerful magic of some kind. I don't know what Garland would want with it, but whatever it is, it can't mean anything good for us.
