They all do with time. At least, they have in my experience.

[Kind of anyway. According to Edgar, they defeat Kefka for good, though Celes herself has yet to actually experience that, so she can't say for certain. Still, she has to believe he's right.]

Sewing seeds of discord and disharmony seems to be high on his list for now. [The general crosses her arms over her chest and leans back against the wall.] Maybe he's going about the same thing as last time, but in a different way. Still, knowledge of his goal won't help us as much as knowledge of his means. [Those were what she was looking for, but so far they were crystalless and clueless.]

How true. It means nothing to know merely of his goals alone without knowing his means to achieve these goals. This why all my suspicions lingers upon that dreadful vessel that flies high over Madain Sari. If fiends can be called forth from the moon, then perhaps we are getting a glimpse at Armageddon.
