[ The cute little guy scampers off and Vanille turns her attention to what's around her. ]

Um, hello? My name's Vanille. The cute little guy said I'm in a place called Warjilis. I've never heard of that before. Is it another Cocoon city?

[ She pauses for a minute and then holds up something else. Whatever it is, it looks empty to her. ]

Does anyone know what this is? I've never seen anything like it but I woke up next to it. It's really pretty. I think I'll keep it for now. Maybe it'll be useful.

[ Another pause as she turns the camera back to herself. ]

I guess that's it for now. Oh, has anyone seen someone named Lightning? [ What, it's easier than asking for Fang, because if this really IS Cocoon, then no one will know who Fang is, but some might know Lightning. ]

It's okay. [ She tilts her head, though. She can tell when something's a little weird. ] You're sure you're all right?

[At least she hasn't seen anyone else in Warjilis with fur skirts....]

I've just arrived in Warjilis, but I've been in Gaia a few months. It's similar to home in a lot of ways...and very different in others. I can only imagine how weird it must be to those who come from even more dissimilar worlds.

[Ceodore's more or less just along for the ride on his detour to Warjilis. Just as they were leaving Troia he'd heard something about Ursula and another guy at the party. Since then, he's kept close to her for her safety, but otherwise tried to keep out of her way. They're friends, right? So, he'll be hanging out watching the two girls chat and keeping to himself unless Ursula gets threatened.]
