[Rising early a couple of days after the Winterfest Celebration, Delita took a stroll around the town, including the castle gate and pub. He was surprised by the number of acquaintances that had increased their stay and as he hadn't yet decided upon his next location.]

[She shakes her head] Not at all. I'm glad you stayed. I'm sorry I didn't get a chance to visit with you at the winter fest celebrations. I'm afraid I had to turn in early.

I did not wish to take you away from your obligations G.. [He's about to speak with familiarity to Garnet, until he sees one of the royal gardeners tending.] Your Highness.

I hope you are not feeling ill effects from the festivities last night.

[She shakes her head] No, not at all. I was simply tired, and had a bit of a headache. I'm just fine now.

[She motions for him to follow] Come, walk with me. There's not much to see in the gardens in winter, but I can't seem to break the habit.

[He proceeds to walk with the Queen, close enough for friends but maintaining a safe distance lest anyone accuse her of impropriety with a man other than her husband.]

'Tis nice to be able to slow down and be in the gardens. I have seen little opportunity since my return from Warjilis.
