[Porom is knelt in the empty prayer hall of an abandoned Tower of Wishes, head bowed in prayer. As she turns on the skyphone she lifts her head, shaking stray hairs from her eyes. Her tone is calm and gentle as ever but it's very clearly a forced calm, rage boiling beneath it.]

Pray tell me, what has become of my home in my absence?

[She moves the camera away from her face, pointing it out of one of the tower's windows. The streets below are empty, several buildings damaged and marked by fire. The grasses, where not burned away completely, are overgrown. The place is silent, the echoes of Porom's voice lingering in the large empty room long after she has finished speaking. A little way in the distance, a strange tower looms over the town.]

The fire damage was Kefka's doing. He's a villain that has since vanished from the world. I'll talk to Edge about helping fund repairs.

[There's just the slightest bit of overt irritation there. Whevever something attacks Mysidia it turns out to be someone she can't hate. Or someone she isn't allowed to hate. Or an eidolon who she can't hate and also can't really do anything else to. Or, apparently, they vanish.]

There...seems to be little need for it. There are a few mages studying here but the town is abandoned.

We'll make it happen. Whatever you need, mention it and we'll figure out a way. I'll talk to Garnet, too, and see about getting Alexandria's help. It'll be to their benefit if Mysidia becomes more than what it is now, anyway.
