If they -- No, of course not-- the factory has been broken down and collecting dust for years now. the last time anyone was in there was for a secret council meeting last year. And if anything were going on in Dali I'm sure someone would have told me. Vivi, you don't think I'd let them do something like that, do you?

The man who built... [A pause. Her tone becomes very serious] You should know... Doctor Cidolphus is not a man of very high morals. I know him, because he assisted a friend of mine... but he was caught experimenting on a sentient animal. I've never been able to look at him the same way since.

But, I understand. I think there must be too... to have made so many of them. No doubt Kuja's behind this... and if he had Larsa under his thumb, like he did my Mother... it may be somewhere in Narshe.

Yeah... It's still too recent, I don't know if anyone has had the chance to investigate it. It seems like it could be possible though, since it was Larsa who... [pause. Whenever you like is fine. [You can almsot hear that sweet, understanding smile in her voice] I'll be going to Lindblum around October 6th, if you'd rather meet there. It's quite a trip from Dali back to Alexandria.

Okay! It'll- it'll probably be easier to use the cable car to get to Lindblum that to walk back. ...I'll let Eiko know before I get there so she can tell the guards that I won't hurt people.
