I sincerely hope that your death wasn't too much of an inconvenience for you, after all you are a busy woman with her priorities set in motion, her fate bound to that of her city, her country.

But humor me, humor this poor fool for a moment. Did you meet the reaper? Did you meet the one who took your soul away only to place it back, back at that meddlesome tree this planet is fond of? Did you look into the face of death?

Or did you see a God's throne, empty, without a deity there. A void that requires someone to fill it.

The history books in the library of Daguerro would disagree with you. I believe most state that Gaia has quite the history of conflict even without outside help. If the Iifa Tree is "malfunctioning" as some locals believe, wouldn't that be testified by good... and bad people coming from outside worlds? Random selection - with no method. As it is malfunctioning.

...People will always be people. Regardless of home world, background or belief. Capable of both the cruelty of demons and the kindness of angels.
