Um...

Out of curiosity, has this world got any particularly extensive libraries?

One which might have resources available to explain the rules of this so-called Tetra Master card game? It seems everyone plays, but nobody quite knows how to.

Hello, Arc. Thank you for your earlier aid.

I am surprised Treno does not have such information available, given the stadium is there.

That is particularly odd, considering the amount of enthusiasts I saw in Treno. I would almost think that learning the rules of the game was the challenge itself!

Hm. Perhaps Lindblum? I would encourage you to visit Alexandria, that I might have the chance to seeing you again, but I know of no extensive libraries here.

Indeed it has many! Daguerreo, for instance, is a treasure trove of knowledge! But it is on the other side of the world, and so currently inaccessible, more's the pity.

Our own library in Alexandria has much work of great value, and the scholars there are well-informed about many things. But if it is a scholar you seek, I would recommend none other than Doctor Tot! He lives in Treno and I have yet to meet any with greater knowledge or wisdom.

You are! Good! I am sure he will be glad of an assistant! What is your name?

A pleasure to meet you, Master Arc! I am Captain Adelbert Steiner, of the Knights of Pluto. Should you visit Alexandria and require assistance, you are free to ask any of my knights! We are duty-bound to help all citizens.

It is no trouble!

All knights bear the symbol of their rank. When on duty, they must always wear their armour.

Only the most exciting game out here. And I'm good too.

[explains game in short loud sentences]

That's how the game is played.

Except for having to hold your breath a entire 5 minutes under water.
