My name is Kerina. You do not know me, but I am kompelled to give you this warning - a woman, who says she is a kolonel of a military division, has issued kautions against all of you for the krime of being what she kalls "l'Cie, enemies of Kokoon." She klaims you attempted to overthrow the government there, of which she is a part, and that you will likely do the same on this world as well.
Please, I do not know whether what she says is true or not, but there are those on this world who have stood akkused of things they were not guilty of, or only guilty of through cirkumstance. I am one such, and there is a ring of a similar story for yourselves in the one she tells. If what she says is true, are you really such frightening monsters?

There is one in partikular, Kefka, who is well known for kausing havok only bekause he wishes to. People are afraid of another threat such as him forming, and if there are several people of that type of threat working as a group, then they will bond against you.

I have found a kuiet life on this world, where I am unknown, and do not wish to lose it, and from what the woman was saying, and now what you've said, you are the same.
