Anyone who might mistake this for an accidental broadcast of some sort will find him or herself swiftly corrected by the brief, semi-subtle sounds that result from the Skyphone being handled not by bare hands, but gloved ones instead. As movement of the phone ceases, the picture comes into focus, clean and crisp. The pre-dawn shadows can be observed run-running across the vast sea from a horizon tinged with the beginnings of soft morning hues.
Seconds pass like minutes, minutes pass like hours. Pale, cream-colored oranges and soft, rosy pinks are actively painted into and over as the sun peeks at the expanse laid bare before it and, seeing no threat to its dominion, begins its ascent by first moving to crown the horizon over which it peeks. As it does, the shadows shift and morph, adopting the shapes of all they can grasp, and sleep's veil begins to slip from the now stirring harbor at the far side of the image.
Gulls' cries become more prominent as the sun stretches its arms in all directions, staining the sky both regal red and shimmering gold as the slivers of purples begin to fall below the horizon and long, slender puffs of cloud drift into view. In the distance, nearer than further from the Skyphone, the whistle of a ship announces breaks the seeming silence and cuts through the docks' haze.
White wings flock to the sky and the feed is cut short.
It is ended with the flawless beginning of a new, unblemished day. ]
