Whatever people wish to believe about the assassination of Vayne is their own choice. Yet I know Balthier is innocent. Believe what you will, yet keep your negative comments from my ears.

Selphie... I am sorry... I know you and he were close.

I may be wrong. Yet, I sense in my heart he has returned to Ivalice. I see no other reason for him to avoid contact, wanted or not.
