[True to his word, Bartz didn't have any weapons on his person. His sword had been handed over the the guards and his knives were buried within his luggage on Lin's back. He'd still been forced to leave his cape, it was easier to leave it than it was to prove to the guards that there were no weapons hidden in its' inner pockets. Convincing them that there was nothing suspicious about the bundle of clothes, flask of tea and box of cake he brought with him proved just as difficult but he managed eventually. Without his cloak, he shivered as he was led to the cell. The tea had been a good choice, he decided. The guard opened the door, let him enter the cell, and locked the door behind him.]

Man, I really don't know what's up with me. I just feel so listless. Not even writing seems to be getting me out of this slump.
