It returns a few moments later, only this time instead of cement, a set of bright blue eyes can be seen, along with very blond, very spiky hair. A look of annoyance is currently gracing the soft features, causing perfectly arched brows to furrow slightly.]

[There's another small, just as irritated sigh as the device rotates. He didn't recognize where he was, but at the moment, he was more concerned with the strange device he know held in his gloved hand.]
