[It's been hard on Penelo having both Mjrn and Edward gone, the prospect of being sent away soon, and then Vaan off on one of his adventures. She's kept busy with her guardianship of all the little black mage children, but she couldn't help be thrilled at the prospect of Vaan returning from his latest bout of wanderlust... only to find him vanishing before her eyes and having a confused Conde Petie dwarf pop up before her.

All she meant to do was leave a brief message for Ashe and Fran that yet again he'd departed Gaia. But before she can even speak the words, her emotions get the better of her and she just begins weeping bitterly. This continues until she remembers she'd turned the phone on and she pushes buttons through her tears in an attempt to turn it off.]

Whew! I've been in some real tough scrapes, but I really thought I wasn't gonna get out of this one. The Lunatic Pandora is like a maze. I think I found the control room, but I didn't touch anything.

But that was the easy part. The hard part was getting out again, especially when Kuja turned up! I thought I was a goner for sure if he found me.

Well, long story short, he didn't, and I made it out here, to Conde Petie. I think I'm gonna stay here for a while...
