I have been given this device by a moogle.  He says that it is connected to all others of it's kind across the world.  I have not seen such technology since settling in this village.    I do not know if anyone that I am acquainted with also possesses one of these.  I can only assume so, since their base is on the Mist continent.    I've not heard from anyone since the mist appeared here on the outer continent.   Zidane, if you see this, please tell me.
