There's a tacklehug with Cecil's name on it, the moment she spots him.]

In the first instance, someone attacked the castle itself and slain a man working for the governor of Wutai, Vayne Solidor. It was Vayne who aided Troia very recently, against a group of pirates attempting to pillage the town. This someone escaped before being caught, but was described as demonic in appearance.
Scarely a few days later, Vayne himself was assassinated. I don't think any of this had to do with Troia itself, but...it has taken a toll on everyone there.
