[Guess who hasn't woken up. The bleeding has slowed and he is still awaiting Aerith's arrival, but the potions have helped tremendously. Finally. He looks to the screen now.]
As said before, if Sephiroth were to be away or unavailable, I, Genesis Rhapsodos, would be taking reigns of this little country. To those who would like an explanation for the video seen before about Sephiroth's condition, I will provide it though be warned that I will not reveal all as it is not entirely my story to say.
And to reiterate what people seem to ignore. I will continue Sephiroth and Vayne's work until one or both have returned or until Godo or Yuffie Kisaragi have arrived.
