I was trying to avoid a fight between you guys! Seifer deserves a second chance. And it's worked - I mean, so far. He's been totally fine with me. All you have to do is not come here looking for a battle. You can do that, right?

We were not off planning an assassination of Seifer, all we wanted to do is corner him and get an idea of what his intentions are. If he'd actually tell us without his usual posturing that's one thing, but we really need some truthful answers.

If you can get him not to deliberately antagonize Selphie and Irvine it'll be a minor miracle.

Well, there you go, I already did that. As long as he doesn't have any bad intentions towards us, then what's the problem? He's still new to this world and there isn't much here for him - I don't think he really had much idea of what he wanted to do. But he came to Wutai to go after Kefka. Not me or Ellone.

Can't you tell Selphie and Irvine not to take the bait? They're supposed to be professionals. I can't stop Seifer being a jerk, but you don't have to beat him up for it.

He has no idea Sis is even in this world and I'd like to keep it that way. [Please don't tell Squall you told him.] That's all fine for now, but what if the Sorceress shows up one of these days? She was here in this world for a bit before.

I'll talk to them, but there's only so much they'll take. Selphie in particular really isn't happy with Seifer, and I don't blame her.

What if, what if. Do you think I don't think about these things? Do you think I don't worry every day that the powers that be in this world might bring back Ultimecia or Adel? Or worse, that they might take you away? If I let all that stop me, I wouldn't do anything, I'd just curl up in a ball and cry.

I'm...I'm not telling you that you have to hide all the time, just that you have to show just a bit of caution when you do things like this. And making Quistis run after you isn't fair to her either.
