As you are no doubt aware, a terrible menace threatens the very fabric of the work we have begun together. The man commonly known as Kefka is no isolated problem, but a horrific threat to the peace and welfare of every soul on Gaia. He has not hidden his intent to maim, kill and destroy all that he can, even to the foundations of the world itself. This cannot be allowed.
Let us join together, and present a united and unanimous front to counteract his aims. I propose a meeting to address a mutual strategy, in the village of Dali, courtesy of the kind accommodations of Queen Alexandros, one week hence. We cannot afford to dally, lest more innocent blood be spilled.
((ooc: Dated to after whatever fight is going to go down or not with Kefka in Wutai. Putting it up now before I forget. I'll toss out another poll asking when is good for all of us to do an AIM log later.))

This...Kefka has warranted my scorn since I've heard he's been brazen enough to kidnap individuals for his own sordid amusement. The crimes he has committed vary from petty thievery to grand treason, his latest act being one of the main reasons why he must be stopped immediately.
While I have not been addressed properly concerning this individual, it would seem that insanity acts as his muse behind these elaborates schemes. Thus I believe the same you, this man is a threat to Gaia's stability and peace.
Therefore, we have an accord.
