[Frimelda looks pensive, as well as worn. She has, admittedly, just had the first decent night's rest in several weeks, but she's not allowing herself to rest for long in Lindblum. There's something that's bothering her.]

On the return from the Earth Shrine, the airship passed over Burmecia. The air was not still... whilst we passed over, a Dragon of sorts could be seen in the sky, and, near to the surviving island.

[A pause.] ... There was a myrrh tree on the island, was there not? Perhaps it was serving as a guard? [Another pause.] Regardless, it needs to be dealt with. I would wish to return with the proper aid, in the near future... and a crystal chalice, if one can be found.

[ooc: let's go fight Silver Dragon: commence! Cecil was up for this before, Stella, Silk, are you still up for sending Golbez and Rosa? I would probably put something up next week.]

You have seen a Myrrh tree as well? Their guardians are more powerful than they appear.

I have not seen one in person, but... as I intend to stay on Gaia, then, visiting one is necessary.

[She nods.] I have heard as such. A Dragon, especially... wings allow it to cover great distances.

I have twice been surprised by their intensity, yet I understand the importance of visiting the tree.

If you are concerned I know of one Miss Reis Deuler who knows much of dragons.

... Perhaps it is to prove our worth to stay. Or to stop us. [A thoughtful look. Then again, it could also simply be coincidence.]

Reis Deuler? [She met a Reis, back when she was helping Troia.] Perhaps it would be wise to seek advice. Though I have much in the way of battles behind me, to fighting dragons... I have not fought many.

'Tis unfortunate for dragons are tough foes indeed and my experience with them is limited as well.

Despite it, I cannot let that sway me.

This is the path I choose, and I walk it gladly.

[She looks thoughtful for a moment.] Fear has to be accepted, to conquer it. Whilst we may fight, and it does not do well to be fearful, the possibility of fear, of death, of failure... has to be accepted. It is always present, but, what we chose to do with it is what matters.

[Delita picks up his head, even more attentive than before.]

Failure is ever a possibility, yet as you say its acknowledgement is necessary for success to occur.

The guardians of the myrrh trees are dangerous and powerful. You'll need a good team and lots of healing potions or someone skilled in white magic.

[Frimelda nods.] I feared as much. I will keep it in mind for when I return.

Many of these trees seem to have gained a guardian in recent times.

I believe it to be the work of Garland, but perhaps another reason can be determined, with further investigation.

It is indeed possible. The only way of discovering the truth behind it, however, is to face it.

Yes, I agree. As much as the dragon needs to be faced for the damage it can cause, it is a personal end to reach the myrrh tree.
