[Action - Campfire Post I] [Locked to people in Terra]
[Night has fallen and a small fire flickers in the dark, the only bright thing in a landscape that's utterly black. Terra has no moon and if there are stars, one cannot tell since the sky is shrouded by clouds. Mikoto is sitting cross-legged by the fire, her hands tucked in her lap.
This is a great place to camp, right? It totally is. Let's toast some muffins and have a chat.]
[ooc: Here is your first weekly campfire post! It's completely optional: your character can be tucked up in bed if you like, but this is a good chance to have some interaction that doesn't involve being attacked by dragons. Mikoto is available if you want to ask questions, but please feel free to threadjack and create as many subthreads as you like.]

How could this fellow fly with just one wing? Edward was a tad puzzle about that.
Watching the other in silence, Edward gazed at Genesis with some interest once he pulled out a book.]

He's cheered up a little, having resolved to make the most of what are probably his last days before he stops again. Even if those last days are to be spent in a dead, broken world it doesn't mean he has any excuse to waste them moping around. He has a tin soldier he bought from the market at Figaro while he was there in one hand but hasn't been playing with it for a while, instead looking into the fire and trying to find shapes and stories in its flickering movements.]

He chuckles at the thought of Edgar finding an empty bed when he gets back from the shrine and inwardly cringes at Celes' response.]

Um, are you okay? Did you get hurt fighting the dragons? Should- should I bring Miss Refia?

What do you find amusing? I had not thought this world to provide aught in the way of entertainment.
[Her tone is not accusing, but genuinely curious. She could use some cheer, right now.]

Giving up for the time being, Mjrn stretches and sits up once more, drawing her knees up to her chin. A idle glance over reveals Blank still awake, and so after a moment's hesitation -not wanting to bother him- she settles down near him.]

Stretching, Mjrn stares into the fire, leaving much of her food untouched. She knows she ought to take care of herself, to prepare for the trials ahead, but it's difficult to force an appetite. Instead, she stares pensively at the flames, becoming lost in thought.]

But he was small and young and it had been an exhausting day. He'd been fighting his hardest not to sleep and just about succeeding but once the music started he slowly began to drift off, curling up tighter and tighter against the evening chill until he toppled to one side gracelessly, asleep.]
