[After a few days go by, Kain finally gets the resolve to break out of Figaro's dungeon. Something is pushing him to get out despite his own feelings that he needs to stay locked up. He tells himself it's for Zephyr's sake that he's doing this. But deep down it's more complicated.]

[It's by no means easy getting out, and he ends up sinking further into that darker self in the process. After he's gotten Zephyr and left the castle he makes his way as far from Figaro as possible.]

There's something I need to discuss with you. As soon as possible.

Not that it matters much. Everything will be destroyed soon enough anyway.
