[Steiner is drilling the Knights of Pluto yet again. For once, they look surprisingly well-trained. It seems that something has spurred them on to raise their game. They line up and salute.]

Greetings, citizens and friends of Lindblum.

I'm very happy to bring you good news today! This March, Lindblum will be hosting an airship race and a ball in celebration of my daughter Eiko's tenth birthday. Both are free of charge and everyone is invited to attend!

We are looking for the very best pilots to participate in the airship race on 20th March. And your efforts will not go unrewarded! The winner of the race will receive a 10,000 gil cash prize, presented by Lady Eiko herself, as well as their own personal mooring space at the heart of Lindblum's airship dock, where all attendance and maintenance will be provided for free. Second and third place will receive 2,000 and 1,000 gil respectively.

The ball will be held on the evening of 21st March. All are welcome, but be sure to book your tickets quickly, as only limited places are available.

I look forward to enjoying this occasion with you all.
