If there is anyone out there on the network whom might know more about these 'epitaphs' as I've seen them called, I would like to know more about them.

Currently what I have found out from personal experience and checking the network is their name, the fact that the stones which first appear are the actual 'monster' and that they can unleash copies of those whom you know upon you. Said copies seem to be somewhat faster than the real thing and will push on to fight despite any grievous, yet non-fatal injury dealt to their bodies.

Does anyone know where these things originally hail from and their normal attack patterns?

A friend of mine and I were just attacked by one such creature and I am curious to know if it is a straggler from the earlier invasion, or if they are native to this world. If they are indeed native, is it normal to find these creatures in town like this one was?
