Greetings, citizens and guests of Alexandria! If you do not know me, I am Captain Adelbert Steiner and as the queen's loyal servant, I feel it is my duty to welcome all newcomers to our beloved city.

We welcome all decent, hard-working folk looking to make a honest living. But thieves and ruffians be warned, neither I nor my knights will tolerate criminals or troublemakers of any kind. We don't want your sort here!

And to whoever is in charge of that floating building, I should remind you that you did not even seek permission to travel in Alexandrian territory, let alone stop so close to the city. The queen is a kind and forgiving monarch, and gave you the benefit of the doubt, but I shall be watching you very closely!
