[Flickering on a dark alleyway at first, after a moment a large girlish face appears, very close up, eyes wide with surprise before she looks up.]
I think it is doing it now, Palom!
Doing what? Is it making the-- the--
[At that, another face fills the screen, closer than Porom's, as Palom tries to push her out of the way and then just settles for squeezing in front of her. He is holding the device, so it's a slightly weird angle, but after a second, he presses in even closer, until his eye is all that can be seen.]
I don't see anything! What are you talking about?? It's not doing anything new, Porom. [He makes a face, scrunching his nose and frowning with an annoyed disappointment before Porom takes it away, and focuses it on herself again, holding it above her face. She scrutinizes it a little, then tilts her head.]
No, I do not think we should see anything right now, Palom. This is what the moogle said it should look like when it is showing us to others. You would know that if you ever paid attention when people are telling you things. Now! [She takes a deep breath, and smiles in a sweet way.]
I am terribly sorry that we could not figure out a way to respond to the messages we received after our last transmission. Palom broke the-- the-- [She looks away again, questioningly, but knowing there's no way Palom knows if she doesn't know, she just shrugs and turns back, resuming her message without even waiting.] And by the time we received instructions, I did not know if we should respond to the old messages. So we are making a new one.
[Although she gets to finish the message, she is interrupted visually by Palom again, poking his head in front of hers again, still looking annoyed.]
You talk too much! All she's trying to say is hi! And she didn't even say anything to Rosa! Or Cecil! Tch... and she calls me rude... [Then he's pushed away with a sigh from Porom, shaking her head.]
I am so sorry. But yes. We are so glad to find familiar faces here, and we do hope that we can meet up sometime. And if anyone knows their way around-- [She pauses, then looks down briefly.] Treno? We would truly appreciate any assistance you could give us. Thank you.
[Again Palom pops up, but before he can say anything, Porom shuts it off.]
