Greetings. This is Regent Cid of Lindblum. It appears that my daughter Eiko is missing, again. If anyone has any information as to her whereabouts, please contact me immediately. No price is too high to have her returned to us, we only ask that she is safe. Hilda and I are worried sick for her. She has dark blue hair, green eyes, and she's nine years old. She usually wears a yellow ribbon in her hair.

If you have taken her, please come forward. As long as she is brought back unharmed, you will go unpunished.
