I'm not quite sure which is worse- no knowledge of the city I've managed to stumble upon, or the tiny rats fluttering around me.

In any case, last I recall I was in Spira. And now I sit in an inn with rats all around, far too many people for such a small space and this strange communication device the rats gave me.

I believe this is the first time in my life I have felt so confused. Technology in Spira is all but illegal, and yet here every person and rat has one. Especially the rats.

Last I recall I was finally being sent. And then oblivion. And now here. And my skin feels warm, my being more lively. I no longer feel...well, perhaps too soon to decide that, but I certainly feel more...alive.

Were I still in Spira I would track down someone who might know. But passing murmurs have identified this place as 'Alexandria' and I have yet to hear of such a place.

Are others able to read this? Am I speaking to air? I never did understand machina. I left that to the blonde one.


[OOC: Oh god first post in 3 years please go easy. D: Additionally I figured the way around Auron being alive without actually missing the entirety of FFX is that, so far, he's back alive and doesn't know why. That...or the Farplane puked him out.]
