Hello, I seem to have come across some odd little membership... card of some sort.

It appears to be for a place called the "King's Bounty Club". I'm not quite sure what that is... but anyway, if this belongs to someone, we may need to meet in order for me to return it to you.

I'd hate to be the one detaining someone from a royal club of some form.
