I trust you shall forgive me for this sudden intrusion but it seem that fate has willed it for the two of to speak once more, this time freed from the confines of a political stage. The reason behind such a message lies upon the topic of a depraved maniac who has made his appearance within Regent Cid Fabool’s kingdom of Lindblum.

With that said, I suppose we can cut out the usual formalities for I am now asking you humbly for whatever information you possess about this ardent villain. You said the lunatic tried to destroy the world once before and I have no reason to doubt that he will not strive to do so again. Thus, I ask you what sort of tactics you partook within to defeat this foolish jester in order to deter his march.

The counsel has their heart set upon utilizing the stones but I assume there is another power that can act as Kefka’s bane. If so, what would this power be? While the nethicite may be a good tool to wield against him, I desire more permanent means to rid Gaia of this nemesis.
