We've been there a while...though it's not in great shape. Lufene attacked the Forgotten Continent relatively recently, and we're still recovering. It might take years before Alfitaria is returned to its former glory.

[ Pause, as she tries to figure out how to say this. ]

Penelo says I've only been gone for a few months.

I think we last heard from you in...October? It's January now, almost February.

[ She tries to think, but she can't quite come up with a specific time, just flashes of memory, occurrences. ]

I can't recall an exact month. The last time I was here... was seventeen years ago, before Ceodore was born. That's all I can remember of the time.

[She frowns in thought, then shrugs.]

It'll come to you, I think. Just give it time. The fact that you remember at all is promising. A lot of people don't.

I know... I remember when Cecil disappeared.

[ She sighs and then smiles a little. ]

[She shakes her head.]

Not at the moment. He would have come with me, but Alfitaria needed him more. It's okay, though. I'll be returning there shortly.

[ She nods, understanding completely. ]

I'd like to see you both, as soon as possible. Once we're all settled again, I'll try to arrange something.
