[For someone who just woke up seemingly from out of nowhere in the middle of a deserted beach, the flower girl seems to be in high enough spirits. Though she is quite obviously confused, and perhaps even a bit worried if you can read her expression well enough, her demeanor speaks only of her friendly and upbeat attitude. Her hair is a bit disheveled, which is why she lightly combs the fingers of one hand through it before she seems to give her, her palm moving to rest against her abdomen, just below her sternum. Her expression becomes unreadable for a brief moment before her smile returns as if it had never left.]

[She begins to speak quietly to herself. It's impossible to tell if she knows the message is being broadcasted or not.] Well, I know I'm on Gaia, but this certainly doesn't look like any place I remember. [Aerith is peering off down the length of the beach toward the big city located there.] Maybe a little like Costa del Sol, but...

[The Cetra turns her gaze towards the phone, smiling directly into it for the first time. Her tone is light and teasing as she addresses it.] Anyone know where a girl can get a shower? I'll never be able to get all this sand out of my hair.

Looks like we're in the same boat. Unfortunately, I'm just as lost as you are, with no beaches in sight. Lovely scenery you've woken up in, I must say.

If it were a bit warmer, I could even go swimming. Though, a trip to the beach is always more fun with friends.

There's something to be said for optimism. It goes a long way.

Everything is fine on my end. I've been told that this fascinating city I'm in is Lindblum. They have some interesting technology at work here, a bit different than what I'm used to, but I'd love to get a closer look at it all the same. I wonder if that could be arranged...

In any case, I seem to be unharmed, at least. And yourself? Well, I hope?

[She doesn't reply right away, as her entire mind seems to freeze in place. One the one hand, he looks exactly the same; handsome, friendly, warm. And yet, he also looks a bit different. Most notably, he looks older than she remembers. Excuse her while she stares for a moment, Zack. It's been a long time for her.]

[Eventually, though, her expression relaxes into one of the happiest and most excited smiles that's ever graced her face. There might even be the tiniest traces of moisture at the outer edges of her eyes.]

Zack...

[She says his name a bit quietly, before she laughs softly.]

I can't believe you're...[Here? Alive? She shakes her head, then rephrases.] I'm so glad you're here.

[Tifa waits to compose herself before replying, although it's hard because Aerith is back. Oh, she's missed you.]

You're lucky, I know a place in the city right behind you.

[Aerith can't help but smile, either. It hasn't been so terribly long since she's seen Tifa, but she hadn't imagined she'd ever see her like this again. Her friend looks older, as well, and it's a reminder off how much she is going to miss.]

Yeah! That's Luca. I've got a place there and so has Zack.

[She smiles, though there's a hint of sadness to it. She doesn't want to disappoint Tifa.]

No, I don't. [She perks up.] I've been talking to Zack, though, and he's mostly caught me up to speed. I think. [She laughs.] I've missed a lot, haven't I?

[She pauses for a moment, considering something.] Is there anything you think I should know? Between us girls? [Just in case.]

[Aerith smiles at the boy, waving at him and wondering for a moment how she should handle this. It's clear that he remembers her, and she's not exactly sure who he is. She has an idea, but she doesn't want to say so just in case she's incorrect. Questions first, then, just to be sure.]

I did. Did you miss me?

I hope so. I'm heading to my flower shop right now to see Tifa. Where are you at?
