I would have never imagined a city could be so big. How do people find their way around without a map? Does anyone know what those horrid smelling pickles are that are being sold in the Business District? They really should be outlawed.
Ellone, I hope you're okay by yourself. I still feel bad leaving you behind. Are you alright?
Are you available to talk? I owe you an apology. I would have called, but I don't have the number.

As terrible as they seem, I developed quite a liking for the pickles during my pregnancy. No longer, however.
[voice]
I don't even like fish.
[voice]
... You have children?

[There is marked pride in her voice, but at the same time, a hesitancy as if she's unsure how to answer.]
[voice]
[Ashe senses that hesitation but she knows when to be subtle, however curious.]

But you might enjoy them if you did?

Although, I can only take a few bites of it at a time before I start gagging.

I guess you could say I do but only in moderation. I don't want to stink! Not even the sweetest smelling flowers could hide an odor like that.
Those gyshal pickles are only good when you're feeling a tad bold.
[voice]
[Right now, her boldness is being pushed to its limits by even visiting a city so large.]
I think I'll let others be the bold ones. Being here is bold enough for now.

Isn't Lindblum fascinating?
[voice]
[Which is about as close an admission to her feeling uncomfortable in the city as she'll own up to.]
Laguna certainly seems to like it.
[voice]
[She understands... but she's been getting used to Esthar, so Lindblum is similar for her.]
I'm sure he does. It's like a smaller version of Esthar.
[voice]
I still don't understand how Laguna could... nevermind. You know, the houses and streets reminded me of Winhill. I told him all we needed was you prancing around with a garland in your hair again and it'd be just like one of the village festivals again.
[Is that wistfulness in her voice? Why yes it is. Grown up children that should be small is still upsetting for her.]
