[After being moogle hoisted out of the stump the spring was in, and being force fed the spring water for a couple of hours by the fluffballs, Raine finally attempts using the funny phone they gave her.

She's propped up against the stump and looks just dead tired.]

[Have a good two hour wait before a reply comes around. She had to be hauled out of the spring, and then the moogles practically drowned her in the spring's water, trying to get her to drink up enough to not die on them.

She sounds weary, but at the same time, hopeful.]

[If she weren't half-dead and deprived of her newborn, she'd find that title a heck of a lot funnier than she is right now. But the idea still strikes her as preposterous.]

Laguna? A president?

[Amusement is creeping into her voice, marginally.]

I don't think so. You can't get him to finish a serious conversation, much less run a country.
