[Mjrn's seated at an inn table, staring into the screen worriedly. There's chatter all around her, but not so loud that her own voice can't be overheard. The tone of it is obvious, though--apparently many others are frazzled by the sudden change. Her own voice is that of forced calm.]

I awoke in surroundings not my own. Apparently, I am now in a town called South Figaro and there is much unrest. Many others have arrived in the same manner, speaking of a bright flash of light. Yet more are natives to this town, but awoke to find strange signs--dust covering all, their crops rotted, the chill in the air that ought not be.

Is there anyone who might know of what occurred? To those familiar, please inform me of your whereabouts if you are able. It would ease my mind if I could receive word as to your current state. If you are nearby, I would meet as soon as possible. If not...I shall search the town for further information and continue.

[She sighs, looking lost and uncertain, then turns off the recording after it's sent.]

The inhabitants here do seem most comfortable with their home, but I would not presume to understand all that has happened.

If you would desire more on the state of the tree, perchance the Queen could provide you the explanation you seek, for she appears quite familiar with it. Less I be remiss, surprise was evident in seeing the relation of Guadosalem within its roots.

She is as well as can be expected given the circumstances.
