[Video - PTGC Filter]

[Relm is in unusually high spirits. Especially considering that she just got dragged back to Figaro. She's supposedly not allowed to leave the castle right now but the moogle-dodging just makes everything more fun. She's supposed to be in lessons when she posts up a message, sat on the dusty steps of Figaro's marketplace.]

Eiko! Marlene! Vanille!

[She holds up a book triumphantly.]

This book! We have to read this book! It's the best book! I heard a girl say it was the most romantic thing in the world and she was wearing a really fancy dress so I think she knew what she was talking about.

And! And! Guess what I found on the market!

[This time she holds up several sheets of paper. It's fairly fancy paper, clearly handmade with scalloped edges and flowers printed in two corners.]

Lady at the stall? Said writing love letters on this paper was super duper good luck. Think she was just lying to sell it. Let's try it out anyway!

And! And! And! [A huge grin splits across her face.] Big news! Bear? Has been going to that one cafe in town. Every. Single. Day. Think it has anything to do with the pretty lady who works there?

Writer needed. For very, very, very good cause. Will pay in baked goods. Secrecy required.

Love letters. Really really nice love letters. One needs bear jokes.

One of them is from a bear. The others are all from people.

An informant will meet you at midnight in the cow fields.

[The PTGC and, by extension, the moogles, take their jobs very seriously. In the cow fields at midnight, there are two moogles in the bottom and top of a two part cow costume. The cow's bottom is wearing a top hat with 'informant' written on it. The other is apparently just there to carry the cake.

And it is an awful lot of cake from all over Gaia in that basket that the cow's head is struggling with. South Gate Bundnt Cake, cake from Penelo's cafe, cake from the only bakery in Lindblum left standing - the moogles have a vast cake-acquiring network.]

A bear, huh? Well, it'll be a pawfully big challenge, but I'm beary confident about the results!

The cow fields? Alright. I'll be there!

[Laguna stares at the costumed informant, rubbing his chin thoughtfully as he ponders who might be operating the suit itself. He doesn't puzzle over it very long. That's a lot of cake, after all, and he's not going to say no to cake. Pretty sweet deal for writing a few love letters! Pun definitely intended. He strolled towards the cow and, cocking his head towards the end with a top hat, turns both of his palms up.]

Welp, here I am! Writer-for-hire. Nice hat.

[The moogle nods, handing over a list of people who need love letters writing for them and to whom (that will be finalized once we work it out OOC). Ellone is on there, in case Laguna wants to sabotage/intercept/chase up that particular letter. Then he hands Laguna a handful of sheets of fancy paper.]

Write them on this for good luck, kupo! We'll be back tomorrow at midnight to collect them, kupo, you better work fast!

[And then, after a pause.]

Any allergies? We were told to fetch pies when we came to collect. Need to know what to bring, kupo!

[Laguna raises an eyebrow when he spots Ellone's name on the list, but decides not to comment -- the cow, or rather the now-obvious moogles within the cow, probably aren't the best person to air his concerns to. He'll handle that part later. Maybe make sure the letter itself is full of gushing about the virtues of chastity and dying a virgin.]

Good luck, huh? Alright, got it! No allergies -- all pie is good pie. Cherry's my favorite, though. Maybe get a blackberry in there, too?

[Eiko peers at the paper and decides it's obviously magical and needs to be used!]

So we need to write some love letters with that paper. Who needs to fall in love?

Are you sure about him though? I thought he just liked to eat?

[She holds up the book again, letting Eiko get a good look at the cover.]

Hmm, lessee. There's the grumpy dragon guy, for starters. And Fork! Memoria was really nasty so we have to make him happy. Any ideas?

[She thinks, rubbing her chin.]

And there's that lady who kept yelling at us for talking to Potholder. Maybe it'd make her less angry. And- and- that lady from Wutai lost the boy she likes because the world took him away! And- that nice lady who helps Marlene and-

Oh! And Creepy!

...I miss anyone?

Right. Lemme write them down.

[Out comes some paper and a purple crayon for writing.]

There's that lady from the flying flower school. She knows lots about Eidolons. So her for sure.

Flying flower- oh! That place that had the party last summer? Who else?

What about Potholder's twin? And that girl who makes machines? Oh oh and that flower girl friend of Cloud's!

[Cue a suspicious looking Sabin shooting you a very suspicious look, Relm.]

What are you up to and why do you need baked goods for it?

[OOC: That part was anon but. This is awesome. Pretend he caught her buying Laguna's reward of cakes from Penny's cafe?]

What? I'm hungry. 'M allowed to buy two cakes. There's now law against me buying two cakes. You prefer I steal two cakes or stave or something?

[Sabin hauls the girl up off the ground with ease so that the two of them can look each other in the eye.]

Of course I won't let you starve but aren't you supposed to be in your lessons, kiddo?

[Now no longer on the ground. She wriggles a little before settling down, resigned to her fate. Or just lazy.]

I can't do lessons if I'm hungry. You need sugar in your brain for it to work. I heard someone say it once.

[Sabin eyes the girl with a hard look.]

You don't need enough sugar to fuel the castle for a week, Relm. What are you up to?

I wanna read it too! And the paper is so pretty! Lots of letters have to be written on it!

Wait. He's been going to that cafe every day? There has to be a girl there!

I know, right? It's so nice! The lady who makes it even pressed flower petals into the pages! If any paper's magic, it's this paper!

Well, who works at the cafe? Is she pretty?

A lady. I think she's called Penelo! She's pretty, yeah! She has- I dunno. A face and stuff.

Penelo? I know her! She's one of Captain Potholder's friends!

We have to help! Maybe if it's a good enough proposal then- the wedding magic'll stop them from getting separated again!

...think if I made a painting move you'd be able to make them both see the painting? If you can do that, we can make it happen in the most magical, romantic place.

I think I can! It shouldn't be too hard. I mean, I took out a bunch of monsters. I think I can handle a painting.

[Relm tugs out her sketchbook, jotting down ideas quickly.]

Okay. So we'll need flowers. Lots and lots of flowers, right? What else?

Eidolons! There has to be Eidolons! She's a summoner!

And feathers and sparkles! I think those would look really good with it.
