[The video feed switches on to show two emerald eyes peering at it. Wide curious eyes blink when it seems that the PHS is working, and the face pulls away to show the accomplished smile on a young woman’s face.]

There! It looks like I got it working teehee!

I had a cute little moogle explaining to me what happened, but as nice as it is to be here, I really should be getting back to my world.

[Aerith falls quiet for a moment, but her smile never fades from her expression.]

I don’t suppose that anyone knows how to do that~? [She smiles fondly at the screen. It's obvious in the background that she's out the front of a church.] While this little church is nice, it's not my church and I really should return to tend to them.

[By this time, he's seen her appear enough times that it's no longer a shock.]

There's no way to get back to our world voluntarily right now.

[Her eyes widen at the news, yes, but also at the sight of Vincent on the other end.]

Vincent! You've been pulled here as well?

[He nods.]

With Cloud, Tifa, Yuffie, and Marlene. Some members of Shinra, including Rufus, as well.

There is also a man named Zack Fair. [He's never really gotten to know Zack all that well, or learn much of his story, but he and Aerith have always seemed to be rather close.]

They've all been pulled here? What about the fight back home?

[If she was surprised before, it was nothing in comparison to the words Vincent now spoke.]

Zack's--?

You will not be removed for any great amount of time. When you are returned, you should go back to the same moment you were taken from. [A pause.] What is the last thing you remember on the Planet?

We return to the same moment. [The words are spoken more to herself than to Vincent.

She momentarily glances down from the screen at the news. There's some part of her that's relieved to hear that, but Vincent's following question causes her heart to skip a beat. While she doesn't like hiding anything from her friends, Aerith doesn't want to speak of the fact that it was moments before her sacrifice.]

Oh! I was just on a walk before arriving here. [The smile she wears could fool anyone, and she's changing the topic in the next moment.] What's the last thing you remember?

[The news about Zack being there has disturbed her, but she's hiding it all with a smile as she regards the screen.] I see. Thank you Vincent for telling me.

Marlene! [Her eyes widen for a moment before she smiles brightly.] Vincent mentioned that you were here.

[Her words make her wonder if she has been here before, but it's something that she doesn't remember.]

I do hope that you haven't been worried?

Vincent mentioned that you were here teehee~

[She peers curiously at the screen.]

Oh~? This isn't the first time I've been here?

Aerith. It's great to see you.

[Have a slightly tired smile. Tifa isn't even surprised at this point any more.]

Tifa! [The expression on her friend's face causes her to subtly worry.] Is everything alright?

Apart from being stuck here? [And the Lunar Cry? And knowing that Aerith will disappear again only to be dead? And- Well, that's enough for now.] Well, it's a long story. You're in... I think that's Alexandria. Listen, we're over at Luca - Zack's here as well, he's in Lindblum right now, but I think he's coming over too. If you want to come and meet us, I can explain everything.

[Well, she's kind of hoping that Tifa isn't aware of the whole 'returning to die' thing, but she'll find out soon enough. The mention of Zack causes her expression to shift subtly, but her smile returns in the next moment.]

Luca, right. There's map on the PHS isn't there? [Otherwise she's so going to get lost along the way.]

[ He looks both confused and SUPER HAPPY ]

[Terra perks up, recognizing the face on the screen.]

Oh...um, I hate to give bad news, but there's no known way to return to your world. At least, not yet. But it's nice to see you again?

Yeah, there is. They call them Sky Phones here. It's a nickname... They call us Sky People too.

[...yeah, he can guess. He won't call her out on it directly, but it's easy enough to tell that he doesn't really believe those words- or that smile of hers.]

No way to get back, far as anyone here knows. [He rubs at the back of his neck.] But it's not so bad here, ya?

Something I wouldn't remember? [She's confused for a moment before she's regarding the device playfully.] Are you teasing me now, Vincent~?

Sky People? [That nickname causes her heart to skip a beat, but she covers it up easily with a light laugh.] Then I won't have to worry about getting lost. That's good!

My flowers~ I managed to grow a nice little garden there.

[Aerith smiles fondly at the memory.]
