[The video feed switches on to show two emerald eyes peering at it. Wide curious eyes blink when it seems that the PHS is working, and the face pulls away to show the accomplished smile on a young woman’s face.]

There! It looks like I got it working teehee!

I had a cute little moogle explaining to me what happened, but as nice as it is to be here, I really should be getting back to my world.

[Aerith falls quiet for a moment, but her smile never fades from her expression.]

I don’t suppose that anyone knows how to do that~? [She smiles fondly at the screen. It's obvious in the background that she's out the front of a church.] While this little church is nice, it's not my church and I really should return to tend to them.

Um...several months? That I remember, anyway. I came in August of last year.

Gaia's really nice most of the time, really. [A lot nicer than home, anyway.] But there are some problems we have to deal with.

Well, the reason we're here is because of a man called Garland. He brought us here, though that wasn't his intent. He's still not a good person, though. If we don't stop him...I'm not sure there will be anything left.

He's...pretty much interested in wiping out all life here so he can replace it with his own people, or something like that.

Hm...well, there's Regent Cid, though he's often busy. You could talk to the Zidane, though! He knows a lot about Garland, as does the Warrior of Light.

Pretty far. It's on the Outer Continent...but by airship it's not that long a trip.

Well, you probably will here? Even just traveling on the Mist Continent, it's the best way now. We had an influx of monsters recently, and it's made normal travel a lot more dangerous.
