[Action - Open to any in Mysidia]
[Ah, Mysidia. Ursula was a bit delayed in reaching the mage town, thanks to other issues. Nonetheless, the princess has kept to her word and with Ceodore at her side. An unusually quiet, distant Ceodore. She's still not certain what has triggered the change in his demeanor, but there just hasn't been time alone to ask. Maybe she'll find out later, when he stops denying that he's fine.
At any rate, she's now wandering the town, heading in the vague direction of the Hall of Prayer but also content to explore until she runs into the white mage. The princess is curious as to how the other town from her world is adjusting to Gaia, and so she'll be stopping to chat with anyone who will give her the time. The temporary change of scenery is welcome and she plans to take full advantage of it.
At some point, Ursula pauses abruptly and peers around with wide eyes. She could have sworn she heard a very familiar voice....]
...Mother...?

...Mother...?

So he'll be following along like a little lost puppy, noting how small the community seems from what he remembers. He can't help but notice Ursula's pause and question, however.]
Uh, huh? Urusla?
no subject
I...did you hear her?
no subject
[Ceodore's looking around but really has no idea what she's talking about.]
no subject
I thought I heard Mother, but...I must have been mistaken.
[She manages a smile and straightens, not about to let that get to her.]
After all, if she was here, we would all know about it.
no subject
Sorry, Ursula. You okay?
no subject
[She pauses and looks him over, wondering if she should ask.]
...are you? You've been a little quiet. Are you sure you're all right with accompanying me?
no subject
[You know, in case your mystery beau shows up and you want alone time with him. SIGH.]
no subject
Get in the way of what?
no subject
[On one hand, he's a derp for believing it. On the other hand, at least he's derpy enough to blurt out what's on his mind. More or less.]
no subject
[Ursula is completely in love with Delita, of course. Which is why she has forgotten all about him and their meeting.]
no subject
[He's forgetting that there was some sort of blip in that system, but is remembering having gotten an invite that he thought was from her.]
I heard about it. Um, sorry if...
[Heck pretty much for existing at this point. His self-worth is totally shot.]
no subject
Oh...him. Now I remember. You heard about that?
[And then she frowns.]
Ceodore....
no subject
[Why is she only just remembering?]

Ursula! Ceodore-
-hold still.
[And with no warning but that she descends upon Ceodore with a hairbrush. He has airship hair again.]
no subject
It's good to see you again, Porom.
no subject
Hey! Cut it out.
no subject
[She hands him the hairbrush. Sorry, Ceo, you're not escaping this encounter with unbrushed hair.]
It's wonderful to see both of you in person again. The skyphones are amazing devices but they're so impersonal.
no subject
At least they allowed us to meet again. We would have arrived sooner, but I had to return that item I found to its proper owner. At least that matter is settled.

no subject
That's good. You've both been well, then? Has his highness recovered fully?
no subject
He's doing well. I would not have suggested us departing were it otherwise.
The town seems astir, though. I kept hearing about an injured traveler...?

He arrived a few days ago, injured from falling from his chocobo. He's doing much better now, he's still in the infirmary if you want to visit him.

[She watches Ceodore retreat and shakes her head.]
He's been a little odd ever since we left Troia. Maybe I was wrong to encourage him.
no subject
I'd have expected him to enjoy the trip after being stuck in Troia for so long. Still, I suppose he can't have particularly good memories of Mysidia.
[She gives a shrug and then smiles. She's not too worried. From having a brother and teaching the younger mages she's learned one valuable lesson: teenage boys tend to act like teenage boys.]
Don't worry about him, I'm sure he'll be fine. I trust you're well?
