Greetings! This is Regent Cid Fabool, speaking to you from onboard the Invincible, my finest airship. Not my handiwork, I'm sorry to say, although it's certainly given me some good ideas. Why, the engines alone are--

Ahem! Back to the point. As some of you may already know, I would like to arrange a meeting with the heads of state who have been displaced from their home worlds. Considering the current state of Gaia, this meeting is now more important than ever. So many new locations in Gaia are isolated and in desperate need of proper governance.
That is why I am asking you, my fellow heads of state, to discuss this matter so that we may come to a solution that will secure a prosperous future for all of Gaia.
I propose a meeting, onboard this very ship, on November 15th. From now until the date of the meeting, we will be flying around to collect everyone who accepts this invitation. Please reply to this message to let me know if you wish to join the meeting - and if you do, also state your current location so that we can find you. Wherever you are in the world, the Invincible can pick you up in no time!
Both I and my wife, Lady Hilda, look forward to meeting you. Thank you.
