Just how many dragoons are there in this world? This world has them, even if there isn't much structure to it. There've got to be other Sky people who are dragoons, too.

The other two dragoons I'm most familiar with do not live in my area, and I can't leave Figaro. I doubt the idea of a nation will be feasible here, since people already have lives established elsewhere, but a camaraderie is another matter, and entirely possible.

The two I spoke of? One named Kain, and the other a Viera named Mjrn. Both are very capable. [He won't mention Kain's more... questionable decisions.]
