[When Terra turns on the sky phone, she's seated with a road-weary moogle trying its best to stay awake on her lap.]

It's time to collect myrrh again. This moogle just returned from the city ruins of Tuscon Wastelands and found a myrrh tree along with a powerful creature nearby.

[She glances down at the moogle.]

Do you know what it's called?

No, but it's nasty! I almost died! I won't go there again, kupo.

[The moogle shudders and Terra pats her new friend reassuringly.]

You won't have to. I'll get some friends together and we'll take care of it.

[She looks back to the screen.]

I'd prefer to go sooner than later, so please hurry if you're interested.

[Terra shakes her head.]

No. You're the first person who's responded.

Then count me in.

[She smiles at that, relieved.]

Thank you, Celes. If we get this last drop, then the chalice will be filled.

And then... the next step, I guess. It's kind of hard to believe it'll all be over soon.

[A cautious nod.]

After all this time, if all goes well. I guess we'll find out soon enough, with the Regent's plan.

We'll manage it. Garland will be stopped.

Right. I'll do my best.

[Maybe a little nervous, but no less determined. She won't back down.]

I'll gather what I need and then head to the chocobo stables.

All right. I'll meet you there.

[She turns off the sky phone. A few moments later, she departs her room and makes her way to the stables. Hopefully, it will be more than just her and Celes going, but she doesn't feel it wise to wait for long.]

Another tree?

Yes...and the last one that we need.

Not a problem. We'll collect that drop.

[He thinks for a second.]

I wonder if there's any treasure out there.

There might be? The moogle didn't say if there was, but....

[She glances to the moogle, who has since fallen asleep leaning against her.]

[Locke follows her eyes to the sleeping moogle.]

But we'll protect the moogles first.

[That brings out a smile and she nods.]

Right. Thank you, Locke.

When do we leave?

Edgar says he'll be ready in an hour. So...then.

That's just enough time to sharpen my daggers!

I hope you haven't planned on leaving without me.

Of course not. Can you be ready soon?

Give me an hour to finish up some last business. We can have an airship leave us almost on top of the tree, since there's nothing much out there to block our way.

[Terra nods, liking this plan.]

I'll be ready, and we'll have Locke and Celes with us. Hopefully, it won't take us too long.

I hope so. Let us also hope that Locke doesn't do anything needlessly risky this time.

[Terra's expression instantly shifts to one of dread.]

...I'll talk to him about that. We're not losing anyone over there.

Certainly not. And with me and Celes there, there is no reason for him to go throwing himself into harm's way, gallant as he may wish to seem.

I'll remind him of that, too. He has his strengths, and he should trust us to ours.

[He has to chuckle a bit at that.] I believe he does trust us - he just does not wish to lose anyone. I can't say I blame him for that sort of thinking.

[She pauses and looks away, biting her lip..]

I don't want to lose anyone, either.

We won't, I promise you that. [He wore armor and could take more than a few hits, he'll make sure of that himself.]

[Terra smiles a bit at that.]

And I expect you to keep that promise.

[At the very least, he couldn't be lost. She needs him.]
