[The video feed begins with the Sky Phone obviously on the stone floor, from its angle. Little can be seen at first except that and Ursula's legs. Her dress is torn and claw marks abound, blood dribbling downward from them. A column of light surrounds her as Chakra takes effect, easing those wounds somewhat.

Ursula sighs in relief, then mutters to herself.]

Where am I? This can't--

Hey! This is yours, kupo!

Huh?

[The princess's startled face can be seen as the screen wobbles a bit, the moogle holding it up to her.]

You ran off before I could give it to you!

[Ursula's back to glancing around warily.]

Sorry, but I can't stay here. Unless you can tell me how to leave this place, I really don't have the time--

These ruins are high in the air! You need an airship to leave, kupo!

What?! I don't--

[Suddenly, a loud screech drowns out Ursula's words. She whirls around to face the monster--and that's the last of what's seen before the moogle shrieks and drops the Sky Phone.]

Run!

[She doesn't need to tell the moogle twice. Its small feet can be heard running away from the beast as fast as possible. Meanwhile, Ursula runs toward it....]

[Those legs. He knows them. Might have spent more time than he'll admit to admiring them. The voice too. Crystals, she's beautiful. But that does not even look good. Not a bit.]

URSULA!

[Don't run TOWARD the monster!!]

[Sorry, Ceodore. It's in her way and you aren't nearly as loud as the monster. There's a rush of flame, which prompts a cry from Ursula, now outside the sky phone's line of sight.

The fierce combat continues for a while, with Ursula giving as good as she gets, until a blast of wind knocks her back--way back, and into the screen's view. She's seriously wounded, and it's her or the monster. So, she staggers back up to her feet....]

Ursula, be careful!!

[Coming from the rash one who is already running down the halls of the castle to secure an airship. The moogle said something about one.]

[The feed cuts out. DUN DUN DUN.]

WHAT!? No come back!!

[Shaking the phone to make it work better, while running. Tripping over his own feet, and launching the phone down in an arc ending on the stone floor, should help that out too, right?

Once back on his feet, Ceodore's racing down the halls again, grabbing spare weapons as he goes.]

Ursula! What-!

[That is a very, very big monster... Please be okay, monk bff]

[Was that Porom's voice? Oh, well, must focus elsewhere for the moment. The actual fight is outside the screen's view, though it can definitely be heard. And once there's a blast of wind -Maelstrom time- Ursula is thrown back far enough to be in view again, in pretty terrible shape.]

[THAT IS NOT 'OKAY'. THAT IS NOT OKAY AT ALL.]

Ursula! I- can't teleport that high up but- say something! If I can use your voice as a focus-

[It wouldn't be a whole lot of help, the distance would weaken the magic a great deal, but Ursula seems like she could use all the help she can get and the only other alternative is prayer.]

...Porom...?

[More than a little dazed, over here.]

[ Motherly worry kicks in... ]

[Her face doesn't falter, but then that monster is pretty loud. Hearing anything other than this is a chancy effort, at best. But in the fierce battle that ensues, the monster makes it easier for Ursula...by using Maelstrom to fling her back. Now she can be see again, in pretty terrible shape.]

I'm going to get her.

[And that blur going down the halls is your son running for an airship. NOW.]

I'll keep them safe, Your Majesty!

She must be quite the girl.

[The change in Ceodore's demeanor is pretty noticeable. He's quite serious about how special Ursula is and how vital it is to rescue her.]

The Ronkan Ruins, and the Mirage Tower that leads to them, are difficult to find within the desert. I have been to them before. I will do my best to give you directions on how to arrive there. [And an explanation of how to do that follows. No time to waste, after all.]

Uh, what should we expect?

High in the air- Are you in the Ronkan Ruins? [He knows he's seen the place she's in, at least.]

[It's going to take her a while to respond, during which the feed cuts out once. When she turns it back on, she's significantly worse for the wear. Even Chakra can't heal it all.]

[She frowns. What did that moogle say about a map...?]

Have you been here?

Yes. The only way I know of that they can be reached is through the Mirage Tower below, but it too is infested with monsters- and it is difficult to find from the outside.
