I am Marquis Halim Ondore IV, one of the many delegates of the high council here in Gaia. As you may or may not know, the council is made up of both native and non-native representatives hailing from various kingdoms and domains. If it is true that the Princess of Wutai is present within this realm, then it is absolutely crucial for her to contact Regent Cid Fabool IX of Lindblum.
Wutai is in dire need for a leader and with the General in such comatose state and Lord Vayne assassinated not too long ago, the Princess needs to take claim over her homeland immediately.
As of the recent incident that has taken place in Wutai, are there any fragments of nethicite left lingering within the madman's laboratory? Aye, I know of Dr. Cidolfus Demen Bunansa quite well but not upon friendly terms.
