Are things always so violent and bloody here? Except for the Esthar raids for the girls, I don't think I've ever heard of so much death in so short a time, even from the war. Is it even safe to go out?

Probably? Except it's not always the same violence. There were these monster attacks a couple times, and then these assassinations...

Let's see. First there were monsters that seemed to come from the same worlds we all did attacking the cities...

And then later on these creatures called Epitaphs that made clones of people attacked as well.

The cities? I've never heard of monsters doing that.

Yeah, me either. I don't know why monsters always stay out of town but they just do.

And most of the time they do here too. It was just...those two times. Unless it happened more before I showed up.
